Founded in 2020, our team is a woman owned business operated to bring busy adults together through fitness. Our team focuses on fitness in Colorado and surrounding areas. We focus on helping all adults who are interested in connecting and growing in their health goals. We offer online personal training and expert coaching at fittwave.com.

What makes us unique? Our team comes from many backgrounds and expertise. Years of hard work, training, and more. However, all of our talents when synced up get great event results. FITTWAVE Official Events is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We create a unique experience offering group fitness instruction with a live DJ. Get ready, sweaty, and have fun. You can connect with others and join the movement of fitness together.

Our team is comprised of using technology (DJ, lights, sound) to optimize and enhance a community workout experience online and in person. Fun fact! We have traveled to Guatemala, and several other locations in the United States. 

Our in person events are led by industry leading certified fitness and nutrition coach Austin Witt, M.S., and DJ Aaron Vasquez (DJ Vaz-Tec).

Meet your personal training expert in Colorado Springs. Coach Austin Witt. Coach Austin Witt has a master's degree in health and exercise physiology. He is a certified nutrition coach along with certified health and physique coach.

Answer: No!

Question: How long is the workout?

Answer: 1 hour! This includes a warm up, and cool down.

Question: What do I need to bring?

Answer: Workout clothes, water bottle, and yoga mat (preferred).
